Driveway access restriction/closure
Driveway access restriction due to removal of cladding above driveway.
Please be advised that works will be undertaken at 148 Victoria Park Road, Kelvin Grove, to remove sections of timber cladding from the building.
An Elevated Work Platform (EWP) will be positioned within the driveway to complete the works safely.
Works period: Monday, 7 September to Friday, 18 September 2026
Access restriction: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday
During these hours, the driveway will be completely blocked and there will be no vehicle access into or out of the property.
If you require your vehicle during the day, please ensure it is removed from the property before 8:00 am. Vehicle access will be restored each afternoon once the EWP has been safely removed or repositioned and the driveway is clear.
Arrangements will be made to accommodate waste and recycling collection so the bins can still be emptied on the scheduled collection days.
