Roofing works
Roof works commencing Friday 25 September
Roofing works begin on Friday 25 September and are expected to take about a week, finishing around Friday 2 October. Wet weather or site conditions could push that out.
The work covers maintenance and repairs to the existing roof — replacing roof fixings, perimeter capping and associated repairs.
What to expect while it's on:
- Noise from roofing and construction work
- Contractors working on and moving around the roof
- Temporary exclusion zones and restricted access to some areas
- Deliveries and removal of roofing materials and waste
- A crane and traffic management at times
Please follow any temporary signage and barriers, and stay out of marked work areas.
Contractors will not go onto any balcony at any point during the works.
