Our gym is small and shared by the whole building. Keep sessions considerate when others are waiting, wipe down equipment after use and return everything to its proper place.

Pool
Enjoy the pool safely and be mindful of neighbouring apartments. Children should be supervised, glass should never be taken into the pool area, and noise should be kept at a reasonable level.
Common area and BBQ
The common area and barbecue are available for residents and their guests. Clean the barbecue after use, dispose of rubbish and leave tables and seating ready for the next group.
Before you leave
A quick reset keeps these shared spaces welcoming and avoids leaving the work to another resident.
Please remember
- Take your belongings and rubbish with you
- Return furniture and equipment to where you found it
- Report damage, faults or cleaning issues to the building manager
