Each lot is allocated between one and three car parks. Please do not park in a space allocated to another lot.

Leave visitor parking for visitors
Visitor bays are for people visiting the building and should not be used as an extra resident car park.
Need space for a second car?
If your lot has one car park but your household has two cars, consider applying to Brisbane City Council for a resident parking permit.
Charging an electric car
The closest public chargers are on QUT’s Kelvin Grove campus — at H Block and the Sports Lane car park — a few minutes’ walk up Victoria Park Road. Check <a href="https://www.plugshare.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PlugShare</a> for current rates and availability.
Do not leave anything worth stealing
Car parks and caged storage in apartment buildings are opportunistic targets, and a car boot is not a safe. Take laptops, tools, bikes, sunglasses and paperwork with you, leave nothing visible on a seat, and lock the car every time — even for a five-minute trip upstairs. The building’s insurance covers the building, not your belongings — anything taken from a car or a cage is your own loss unless you have contents cover. Report anything that looks off to the building manager, and anything stolen to <a href="https://www.police.qld.gov.au/reporting" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Queensland Police</a> so there is a record.
Brisbane City Council parking permit
A resident permit is linked to your vehicle and generally lasts for 12 months. It allows you to park beyond signed time limits where the sign says resident permits are excepted. It does not reserve a space, and normal parking signs still apply.
What you’ll need to apply
- Your address and contact details
- Proof that you live at the address, such as a rates notice or tenancy agreement
- The vehicle’s registration details
Council confirms eligibility, the current fee and any streets attached to the permit. Always follow the signs where you park.
