Electricity at Victoria Park Residences is currently supplied through LPE. Start with LPE when opening or closing your apartment’s electricity account.

The building uses centralised hot water supplied by Origin. Each apartment is separately metered, so residents open an Origin hot-water account for their apartment.

Gigafy have installed fibre throughout the building, so signing up with them is the quickest way to get connected — usually without a technician visit or a wait for an appointment.

You are not obliged to use them. If you would rather bring your own provider you can, but check what is actually available to your apartment before you commit to a plan, since connection types and speeds vary.
